Your Privacy

Information collected from site users

If you use certain sections of the Produced Water Club sites some information is automatically collected to improve the service and experience we provide. When you request a page from the site's web server, the server automatically collects some information about your system, including your IP address. The Produced Water Club collects the minimum information necessary to make the service work - this information is essential to send the pages back across the Internet to the right computer. The Produced Water Club uses commercial web site analysis software to analyse traffic to the site.

Registration

As a member of the Produced Water Club you will have already been registered by the Produced Water Club manager in order to provide you with access to feature and resource rich sections of our site; these sections are accessible to members only. Cookies are used to control access to the members only areas and you must set your browser to enable cookies.

Use of Information

The information including your contact details such as your name, company, telephone and fax number, email and postal address and website, is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998. We do not sell your information. Your information is only distributed when appropriate, with other members of the Produced Water Club and within the TÜV NEL Ltd. group of companies. We may, however, make use of information to manage the system and gather broad information about our users in general.

Correcting and Updating

At all times a registered member of the Produced Water Club has the right to correct and update the personal information given on the Club website. If you wish to do so, simply contact the Club manager at ProducedWater@tuvnel.com.

The Produced Water Club reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time by posting changes online. It is your responsibility to refer to this privacy policy on accessing this site.
